A valid driver's licence held for at least two years, a passport or government-issued ID, and a credit card in your name for the security deposit. International licences are accepted; if it is not in the Latin alphabet please bring an International Driving Permit alongside it.
Standard rentals require a minimum age of 23. Some premium and performance models require 25+ with two years of licence history. A young-driver surcharge may apply between 21–24.
Comprehensive insurance, a generous mileage allowance (typically 9,000 km per month, with higher limits available on request for longer contracts), 24/7 roadside assistance, and full cleaning between rentals. Fuel is not included — return the vehicle with the same level you received it.
Yes, cross-border driving within the EU and the Western Balkans is generally allowed with advance notice. Some countries and high-value vehicles require an additional permit; we coordinate the paperwork before pickup.
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit one day of the rental fee (1/30 of the monthly rate). Modifications to the dates are free of charge subject to availability.
Yes — just contact us before the original return time. Extensions are subject to availability and may benefit from long-term discounted rates if the new total duration qualifies.
